Saturday, I was given a great baby shower. Little Miss Kensleigh loved the caterpillar cake and decided to rub its head every time she showed it off to the guest. Miss Gracie helped me with the presents and even tested a few out - just to make sure Addisyn would like them. Miss Lauren came in and introduced herself to everyone and helped give me a few presents. Needless to say, all three of the little girls were very entertaining and helped make the day even better. I got a lot of great things at the shower. Thank you to everyone, especially those of you who helped out! I have spent the last three days sorting through everything and trying to get all the clothes and stuff washed.
Kevin and I went Tuesday to get Addisyn's dresser and needless to say it won't be in for another 7 days:-( I did however get her crib all set up and it looks great.
Kevin has been working on putting the finishing touches on the new windows in her room and hanging the blinds. As soon as we get everything set up the way it needs to be, I will include more nursery pictures (Nana!).
It has been a while since I have posted anything...sorry! We have been hoping that Addisyn would have arrived by now, but no luck in that department. I have however, moved stuff around in her nursery for the past two weeks. I believe I have finally gotten the big stuff where I want it. I figured after she arrived, I could work on getting things hung on the walls and so forth.
